Yoga unites us – body, mind, and spirit. This physical, emotional, and spiritual practice invites awareness and harmony from within. Yoga offers a foundational path in supporting your journey through fertility and beyond.

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or preparing for an Assisted Reproductive Cycle, Fertility Yoga is designed to support you wherever you are in your journey. I know firsthand the path to parenthood is not always an easy one. Through small group and/or private classes, our work together will help you navigate your personal fertility experiences in a supportive community. Yoga can help to support fertility by reducing stress, managing mood, and providing helpful tools to navigate the family building journey.

Our practice together can offer skills for emotional resilience, adaptability, and cultivating peace in difficult times.

    Have you ever noticed that our breath changes when we are under stress? Breathwork gives us insight into our mind-body connection and offers soothing breathing practices to use anytime, anywhere.

  • Meditation

    When we focus our attention from the chaotic world around us to our inner landscape, we can invite a sense of acceptance and ease to whatever our experience is in this present moment. Each class is themed with mindful wisdom and reflections to take off the mat and into daily life.

  • Grounding

    The constant stress of a fertility journey can fill us with grief, exhaustion, and burnout. Simple grounding practices can be used anywhere to invite ease to the present moment and remind us of our wholeness.

  • Gentle Yoga

    The slow, mindful movement of gentle yoga releases stress and teaches us to listen to the messages our bodies are sending us. With this awareness, we are better able to calm the mind and regulate emotions.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Our fertility experiences can leave us exhausted. Resting in supported postures encourages relaxation and regulates our nervous system. Through deep rest, we can support fertility by releasing stress and promoting harmony from within.
